Mr. Gaimari founded the firm in 2006. An active civil litigator for over 30 years with hundreds of trials, Mr. Gaimari presently concentrates in appellate advocacy. He has been counsel in approximately 90 reported appellate decisions, some 80 of which deal with aspects of the Massachusetts No-Fault automobile insurance law and practice and procedure in the field. Many of Mr. Gaimari’s appellate cases established the law in uncharted areas of No-Fault Insurance in Massachusetts. Other decisions in which he was appellate counsel brought about changes in the Rules of Professional Responsibility, in the procedural rules, and in common law and statutory rules of evidence. Mr. Gaimari has also represented medical providers in professional discipline matters before licensing boards and in State and Federal civil fraud and negligence actions.
Mr. Gaimari is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association. In the past, he has served as a conciliator for the Middlesex Superior Court, has served as a Panel Arbitrator and as a Chief Panel Arbitrator for the Fee Arbitration Committee of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and has served on the Automobile Insurance Committee of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.

Ms. Manos has been with the firm since 2006. She concentrates in litigation of No-Fault/PIP claims on behalf of medical providers, but also devotes a portion of her practice to appellate advocacy. Ms. Manos has obtained numerous jury verdicts and other favorable judgments on behalf of her clients at trial. She has been counsel in several cases before the Appellate Division dealing with aspects of the Massachusetts No-Fault/PIP statute.

Mr. Byers has been with the firm since 2007. He concentrates in litigation of No-Fault/PIP claims on behalf of medical providers. He regularly tries cases and has secured jury awards in both routine and difficult cases in many courts in eastern and central Massachusetts. In addition to working for his clients, he volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in his youth.

Ms. Pierce has been with the firm since 2016. She concentrates in litigation of No-Fault /PIP claims on behalf of medical providers. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pierce assisted individuals in obtaining Social Security Disability Benefits. In law school, Ms. Pierce served as a Comment and Note Editor on the New England Law Review and authored two published articles.
